It was alleged that operator failed to keep a lookout and drove at an excessive speed and failed to yield the right-of-way.

Damages: Scars on hip and leg; open femur fracture that was surgically repaired, soft tissue injuries.

Medical bills approximately $70,000.00

Settlement: Present value of settlement $575,000.00, after suit was filed and depositions of various witnesses and the parties were taken.
